A further preliminary hearing for Module 2, the Inquiry’s investigation into core political and administrative decision making by the UK Government, will take place on Tuesday 6 June 2023 at 10:30AM.

At preliminary hearings, the Inquiry is not taking evidence but considering how the investigations are run.

The hearing will be available to watch on the Inquiry’s YouTube channel, subject to a three minute delay.

We aim to publish a transcript of each hearing on the same day it concludes. A recording of the hearing will be published on the Inquiry’s website at a later date.

The preliminary hearings are open to the public and will be held at Dorland House, 121 Westbourne Terrace, London, W2 6BU (map). Places inside the hearing centre will be available on a first come, first served basis.

The Inquiry is asking that everyone who attends the hearing follows our Covid policy. Anyone who is considering coming to a hearing should not do so if there is any risk that they have coronavirus, or they feel unwell and aren’t sure why.

Alternative formats, including a Welsh language translation are available on request.

Public hearings to hear from witnesses and take evidence  for this investigation are due to begin in October 2023.
