The Inquiry held a four-week public consultation on its draft Terms of Reference in March and April 2022, giving people the chance to have their say on how the Inquiry should go about its work.
The public consultation closed on 7 April 2022. During the consultation, the Inquiry team met representatives from many different sectors such as charities, unions, faith groups, education and healthcare.
