Mae'r datganiad hygyrchedd hwn yn berthnasol i wefan Ymchwiliad Covid-19 sydd ar gael yn https://covid19.public-inquiry.uk as well as a survey available at https://share.covid19.public-inquiry.uk/s/your-experience

This website and survey are run by the UK Covid-19 Inquiry team. We want as many people as possible to be able to use these services. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • chwyddo i mewn hyd at 400% heb i'r testun ollwng oddi ar y sgrin
  • llywio'r rhan fwyaf o'r wefan gan ddefnyddio bysellfwrdd yn unig
  • llywio'r rhan fwyaf o'r wefan gan ddefnyddio meddalwedd adnabod lleferydd
  • gwrando ar y rhan fwyaf o'r wefan gan ddefnyddio darllenydd sgrin (gan gynnwys y fersiynau diweddaraf o JAWS, NVDA a VoiceOver).

We’ve also made the website and survey text as simple as possible to understand.

Mae gan AbilityNet gyngor ar wneud eich dyfais yn haws i'w defnyddio os oes gennych anabledd.

Statws cydymffurfio

This website and other web services do not meet all of the relevant success criteria up to and including level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1.

We will aim to resolve any issues you experience in using these services as soon as possible.

Peidio â chydymffurfio â'r rheoliadau hygyrchedd

Two separate rounds of internal accessibility testing against the WCAG 2.1 success criteria have been conducted on the website and ‘Share your experience’ survey, and all known issues uncovered up to and beyond level AA have been resolved. This does not mean that there won’t be an issue for some with navigating the services’ pages or using their functionality.

  • Efallai na fydd rhai dogfennau PDF ar wefan yr Ymchwiliad yn gwbl hygyrch i ddefnyddwyr. Os cewch unrhyw broblemau, cysylltwch â'r Ymholiad gan ddefnyddio'r manylion cyswllt a ddarperir isod a byddwn yn anelu at ddarparu fformat arall.
  • You cannot modify the line height or spacing of text in the website.
  • Checkboxes and radio buttons in surveys are programmed as list items making their relationship and purpose harder to identify. As a result, it will take more time to navigate the survey if you are using a screen reader. This does not meet WCAG 2.1 success criterion 1.3.1 (Info and Relationships).

If you encounter any issues navigating these services or using their functionality please don’t hesitate to contact us:
